Oh, debootstrap is still being used by default, not cdebootstrap.  And
debootstrap still can't resolve dependencies.  And these dependencies are
needed by exim4.  And exim4 is still necessarily installed as part of the
base system.  *sigh*  I guess not as much progress has been made as I
thought.  After sarge then.
