important used to be ok when there was one bootloader per architecture
and the base section of the archive still had a meaning. Today, the
base packages are whatever (c)debootstrap installs, and we have several
bootloaders per architecture. (c)debootstrap doesn't install
bootloaders any more for various reasons.

It doesn't make sense to install all of delo, colo and sibyl on every
mipsel machine. It probably won't use any of them, depending on
subarchitecture.
