please push bsdmainutils 6.0.16 to testing

Could bsdmainutils 6.0.16 be pushed to testing? The changelog entry is
as follows:

 bsdmainutils (6.0.16) unstable; urgency=high
 
   * Correct the listed charset in a few .po files, and a mis-encoded character
     in es.po. Thanks to Dennis Barbier. (closes: #277558)
