These pppconfig translations have been pushed by the Debian Installer
translation team and translators as pppconfig is likely to be called
from base-cofnig and thus be part of the Debian Installer process just
like shadow, exim4 and a few other regular packages

The translation effort was a great effort by all translators
(pppconfig i18n material is huge!!) and we would certainly appreciate
having it pushed to testing ASAP.

Anyway, John, thanks for this l10n-only upload which grants the
translators efforts.
