What's the freeze policy?

Dear all,

Where can I find a summary of the freeze policy for sarge?

(The reason I'm asking: I'm the upstream maintainer for polipo, and
I've got a rathre critical bug fix I want to sneak into sarge.  I'd
rather do some more testing before release, whence my question.)
