Well, I'm not sure whether it's a good idea to solve a RC-bug with an
upload that needs to go through NEW. Also, if that information would
have been in the bug log, I wouldn't have proposed removal.
I removed that from my removal-suggestions-list, but of course, it's
the release managers decision.
