I was not aware of this problem at all, I just browse perl's BTS
regularily to check whether it still blocks exim4, and the latest upload
closed all three existing rc-bugs. (All three were about the binary
incompability issue.)

Yes you are right, #200215 is still not resolved, but the 
mips-autobuild failed much earlier.
