In particular, auric:/org/ftp.debian.org/web/removals.txt and

packages that should be around are missing.
Also worth looking at is auric:/org/ftp.debian.org/log/2003-04 which you
can use to give you an idea when packages entered or left the archive,
or when they moved around in it. Note that this is just a log file,
it's not meant to be particularly easy to understand.
