Just a mkdir -p debian/y2k is needed in debian/rules (before the dir
is used).

Hmm... wasn't there a mail from the maintainer that -3.1 shouldn't be
used??

Ah, it's non-free... the whole non-free stuff (and contrib) isn't
covered by the buildd system, therefore the source hasn't been found.
I'm copying the .orig.tar.gz manually to the build dir, then the
daemon can find it and should build mush until tomorrow.
