Yes, since only source uploads are held for confirmation.
I'll have to stop installing those, and then wait for the porters
to finish, before the test part of a cycle can start.
The bugs seem to breed without end, though. I don't remember it being
this bad with previous releases. I can't figure out what the problem is.
