The bug is still there in the sense that it was not completely fixed.
In 4.2-6, I limited myself to add 1900 to the "year minus 1900" and print
it using four digits, to be used by `touch'. However, the syntax of touch
(namely, the way you have to specify the date when using -t option)
changed from fileutils 3.16 to filutils 4.0. This means that shar archives
produced by a slink machine could be extracted only in a slink machine,
not in potato. Also, I've received a report saying this does not work
properly on Solaris either.
