For completeness, r-base 4.5.0-3 now migrated to testing.

Big thank you to Rebecca for driving this, and to everybody else who helped
with a test 'retry' (I did) or other nudges, including of course Graham who
reset the time window to two days allowing the package to migrate sooner.
