Thanks to you. I just want to stress again the fact that it is
extremely questionable that this will continue in case in my DPL term in
case I might become elected. If you all as team members want to profit
from up to date r-* packages you not only need to care for those
packages you are mentioned as Uploader but care for team wide updates.
In other words: "Any team member can and *should* upload team
maintained packages no matter who is specified as Uploader." BTW, its
perfectly welcome to add additional IDs to Uploaders.

Good.

I'm not really sure what might be the best way to go. Definitely it is
not good to have somehow false information about Uploaders who do not
intend to Upload the package in question. Technically its the easiest
way to spot those packages who need an Uploader if there is nobody
mentioned. We get a linitan warning (error?) about it and UDD will
return the results quickly.

It might possibly make sense as well to decide about droping some
packages with no rdepends and low popcon to reduce the workload. For R
packages there are several ways for users to install (either in plain R
or cran2deb). If we realise interest in some package was lost and it
just keeps us busy for no visible advantage for users, cleaning up our
package pool might make sense.

Kind regards
    Andreas.
