I have no obections at all since I'm not doing the work. Uploading to
experimental means you need to upload the same package twice which can
be avoided when uploading to unstable which should be safe currently as
Charles pointed out. So if you personally see advantages for your
work and want to go through all the hassles - perfectly fine for me.

ACK, we should not approach more than upstream, thought.
BTW, do we have the code that is used for the transition tracker somehow
separately? Its a great help to resolve inter package dependency
resolutions.
