New dependencies for BioConductor 3.19
Hi folks,
I do *not* intend to lead or strongly contribute to the next BioC
transition to version 3.19. However, I was running the script I wrote
for the last transition[1]. Provided that it works correctly the
following new packages are needed:
This are the new dependencies
Unknown: alabaster.base
Unknown: alabaster.matrix
Unknown: alabaster.sce
Unknown: DiagrammeR
Unknown: gypsum
Unknown: pwalign
Unknown: SpatialExperiment
Unknown: txdbmaker
Unknown: UCSC.utils
I've dropped a copy of this result in Salsa as well[2]. So before you
can start with the transition these packages should be packaged to avoid
the discussion with release team about delays caused by packages needing
passing new queue. To do so I'd recommend to
sudo apt install dh-r
prepare_missing_cran_package UNKNOWN-R-PKG-FROM-LIST-ABOVE
which does the basic work for you. In case you might need some more
hints I'm fine to give these here.
