See my other mail about the current delay.  Probably we both missed
the "and" in the condition to remove the moreinfo tag[1]

I do not think we should skip any release since we might face unexpected
effects from that skip.  Release team has spotted the unexpected new
packages as blocker - fine, we seem to have dealt with this.  If now
real life of lack of developer time will come in as an alternative
blocker and the transition will take longer than usual this is probably
nothing we can fix technically.
