at first thanks a lot for bringing up this issue to the attention
of potentially involved Debian developers.
In future if you have questions like this please always bring this up on
the public mailing list debian-r@lists.debian.org. You can also try to
write a bug report, but private mail should be only used for private
issues. I'll try to bring your issue up in Enlish on the mailing list
to have a public record of it.
Kurt noticed that r-base 4.2.2 does not migrate to testing due to a
regression inside the test suite of r-cran-slicer[1]. The test failures
are occuring upstream as well[2].
So fart to Kurt's mail. I can verify the issue in Salsa-CI[3].
I admit if this issue is known upstream we can not really do much
from the Debian side, thought.
