   https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/rapache/
I kept you as Uploader and have granted permissions to this
repository to enable you full access.

I've updated the package to the latest upstream version and
uploaded to unstable.

One remaining question: The upstream source contains a test directory.
Do you have any idea whether it might serve somehow to create a sensible
autopkgtest?
