Issue with RUnit

Hi,

in several packages I intended to upload I get errors in the test suite.
Here is a random examle of r-bioc-s4vectors (just pushed to Git):


> S4Vectors:::.test()
Fehler in library("RUnit", quietly = TRUE) : 
  es gibt kein Paket namens ‘RUnit’
Ruft auf: <Anonymous> -> <Anonymous> -> library
Ausführung angehalten


Sorry for the German locale.  It seems inherited from somewhere else
since I've set my shell environment to C.  It translates to

  there is no package with name 'RUnit'
  Calling: <Anonymous> -> <Anonymous> -> library
  Execution stopped

This is *not* the only package affected by this "missing" RUnit despite
r-cran-runit is explicitly in Test-Depends.

Any hint would be welcome
