License of CRAN gpclib
Hi Roger,
I had a Debian packaging related view on your CRAN package gpclib.
>From a Debian Free Software Guidelines point of view this package
is non-free due to the license[1]
Free for non-commercial use; commercial use prohibited (see the files
`gpc.c' and `gpc.h' for details)
However, this license just applies for the files gpc.c and gpc.h while
no license is specified for all other files of the package - at least to
my naive understanding.
Would you please mind to clarify the license of all other files which
could preferably be one of the frequently used free licenses at CRAN?
Even better would be if you would consider to finally also to apply
a free license for those two files.
