I suspect r-cran-knitr may be missing Breaks on r-bioc-rhdf5lib <<
1.12.1+dfsg-2 and r-cran-dt << 0.17+dfsg-2, but adding them at this
stage will just delay things further.

Let's see what happens now that r-bioc-rhdf5lib/1.12.1+dfsg-2 and
r-cran-dt/0.17+dfsg-2 have migrated to testing.
