r-cran-rsdmx autopkgtest failing

Hi Sébastien,

I've seen you have updated r-cran-rsdmx to version 0.6.  Guessing from
the changelog you seem to be the last one in the R team who is not using
routine-update.  I strongly recommend to use this script since it saves
a lot of time.

I realised that upstream has added some tests and tried adding an
autopkgtest.  Unfortunately this test is failing with:

Any idea what might be wrong here?
