r-cran-partykit fails autopkgtest on arm64 - but I can't reproduce this

Hi Arm team,

according to

    https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/testing/arm64/r/r-cran-partykit/8967298/log.gz

the autopkgtest on arm64 is failing.  I tried to run the test on
my pinebook.  But here it is passing.

Any clue what might be wrong here?
