Some more follow-up after emails (both individually and jointly) with Joerg
(for ftpmasters), Duncan (for upstream package rgl imposing the
build-depends) and Wolfgang (upstream mathjaxr supplying it).
Everybody is aware of the problem; easiest fix may be to put sources back
into the package along with the minified versions that are installed.
Until then, not using mathjax in rgl is the best way forward. If
clubSandwich is held back the same way I would consider doing the same there.
