R 4.0 transition might be blocked by hdf5 transition

Hi,

I intended to do a source upload of r-other-wasabi which fails with:

  Depends: r-bioc-rhdf5 but it is not installable

Thus I tried to build r-bioc-rhdf5 manually but got:

  dpkg-checkbuilddeps: error: Unmet build dependencies: r-bioc-rhdf5lib libhdf5-dev

I'll go offline in about 30min until this evening but may be somebody
could check the situation.
