I think we're nearing the end of the R 3.6 transition, so I had a
brief look at the remaining autopkgtest regressions.

r-bioc-biocinstaller/1.32.1-1        needs update
r-bioc-graph/1.60.0-1            1.62-0-1 in unstable
r-bioc-phyloseq/1.26.1+dfsg-1        1.28.0+dfsg-1 in unstable
r-cran-bbmle/1.0.20-4            needs update
r-cran-biocmanager/1.30.4+dfsg-1    needs update
r-cran-caret/6.0-81-2            6.0-84-1 in unstable, fails its own tests
r-cran-filehash/2.4-1-3            2.4-2-1 in unstable, fails its own tests
r-cran-haplo.stats/1.7.9-2        needs update
r-cran-sp/1:1.3-1-1            needs update

Dirk, once these have been fixed, you might need to upload r-base
again adding a couple of Breaks.  You will need to do a source-only
upload anyway, since packages in main, not built on buildds, are no
longer able to migrate to testing.
