R-base-3.5 transition: Team maintained arch:all packages in level 1 done

Hi,

thanks to the script I wrote[1] I was able to finalise all arch:all
packages (modulo packages I might have missed) in level 1.  I'd
volunteer to work down a list of those packages where I get permission
to move into team maintenance to bump them to the same standard that
is established with the said script.
