Bad news: That's not enough; AFAICS cme fix doesn't change existing values, and besides that anonscm and friends are still considered valid. Even worse news: Trying to rip out anonscm and other alioth URLs is beyond my understanding of Config::Model, I can only trigger huge amounts of test failures.
