Bug#1122829: kf6-krunner FTCBFS: missing application templates

kf6-krunner fails to cross build from source, because the upstream build
system automatically disables the creation of application templates for
cross builds and then dh_install fails. I'm attaching a patch that
requests them explicitly. Please consider applying it.
