Bug#1121528: Missing dependency on qml6-module-org-kde-notifications

Hi,

plasma-workspace seems to be missing a dependency on qml6-module-org-
kde-notifications. Without the latter installed, battery system tray
applet doesn't load with the following errors:

   qrc:/qt/qml/plasma/applet/org/kde/plasma/battery/main.qml:259:25:
   Type PopupDialog unavailable
   
   qrc:/qt/qml/plasma/applet/org/kde/plasma/battery/PopupDialog.qml:88:
   17: Type PowerProfileItem unavailable
   
   qrc:/qt/qml/plasma/applet/org/kde/plasma/battery/PowerProfileItem.qm
   l:13:1: module "org.kde.notification" is not installed
   
After installing qml6-module-org-kde-notifications these errors go away
and battery applet works as expected.
