I have no intention of using the default llvm and the reason why we
hardcode the llvm version is because we have to patch it all the time
otherwise, exactly what you are pointing out.

You cannot just upgrade qt6-tools to 6.9.3 - you have to update _all_
Qt 6 packages...and that is a lot of work for a patch update. Not to
mention that we have to do a big transition for Qt patch updates.
Packaging 6.10 is a couple of months away.
