Yes I can reproduce.

Reverting qt6-svg-dev qt6-svg-plugins libqt6svg6 and libqt6svgwidgets6 to 6.9.2-2 fixes the problem.

I tried building with the 2 patches from 6.9.2-3 separately and the result is :
 - Only upstream_CVE-2025-10728.diff -> works fine
 - Only upstream_CVE-2025-10729.diff -> breaks as described above
