Feedback on kdenlive package dependencies in Debian 13

Hello Debian Qt/KDE Maintainers,

I am a Debian user running a lightweight desktop environment (XFCE), and I recently installed Kdenlive.
I noticed that by default, installing Kdenlive automatically pulls in KDE Connect due to the dependency chain.

Here is the dependency chain I observed:

kdenlive → libkf6purpose6 (Depends) → qml6-module-org-kde-purpose (Recommends) → kdeconnect (Recommends)

From a user perspective, I find this surprising and not particularly helpful in terms of “providing a complete user experience.”
I do not need KDE Connect and would prefer to avoid installing it, especially on a lightweight desktop environment.

I realize this issue is not directly related to Kdenlive's own package but to the dependencies of the KDE framework. I would appreciate any clarification on why `kdeconnect` is included in the recommendation chain of `qml6-module-org-kde-purpose`, and whether it is possible to reconsider this dependency setup.

Thank you for your time and for maintaining the package.
Also, big thanks to Patrick Matthäi for his excellent work on Kdenlive!

Best regards,
Zeme
