Bug#1114822: pyside6-tools: /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/PySide6/uic does not exist

The tool is `/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/PySide6/designer`. `uic` is 
found at `/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/PySide6/Qt/libexec/uic`, but 
not found at `/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/PySide6/uic`.
