Dear Maintainer,

Dolphin does not restore open tabs/locations from the last session.

The bug was introduced with the update of the KDE Frameworks 6.13 by
virtue of the following commit:
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kxmlgui/-/commit/8c9fb02a1d37672b26a03a9dd9e8675743deb269

The bug is tracked upstream at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502770.
