plasma-mobile has an undeclared file conflict with
kde-config-mobile-networking from bookworm. You can reproduce it with
the invocation

    mmdebstrap --verbose --variant=apt '' /dev/null 'deb http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm main' --include=kde-config-mobile-networking --chrooted-customize-hook='sed -i -e s/bookworm/trixie/ /etc/apt/sources.list && apt-get update && apt-get download plasma-mobile && dpkg --auto-deconfigure --unpack *.deb'

and will see:

    Selecting previously unselected package plasma-mobile.

These packages cannot normally be coinstalled due to other dependencies,
but the unpack state should additionally be prevented by the issuance of
correct Breaks + Replaces.
