Bug#1096152: kontrast color picker sometimes returns #000000

I can reproduce that when picking the very top line where my panel is (I’m using a top panel).

Could you confirm is you’re experiencing the same ?
Is your picking #000000 related to a screen border or to where your panel is located ?
