Hello,
I have also been hit by this when trying to build libqgpgmeqt6-15 from
the recently split-off https://dev.gnupg.org/source/gpgmeqt.git
QGPME build gpgme wrappers for Qt5 and and Qt6, I ended up adding
qt6-base-dev qtbase5-dev qtbase5-private-dev
instead of just
qt6-base-dev qtbase5-dev
