(/usr/share/metainfo/org.kde.neochat.appdata.xml) You need to download the dep11 files in order to find application within discover or GNOME software center. Make sure that this file is not modified from you locally (part of appstreamcli package): /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50appstream > https://appstream.debian.org/sid/main/metainfo/neochat.html Maybe this page does not scan for new packages that often?
