Dear FTP Masters,

the Qt6 version of kdevelop-python depends on Qt6’s WebEngine through
kdevelop, that is only built on a handful of architectures.
Could you please remove kdevelop-python from armel mips64el ppc64el
riscv64 and s390x where it’s not available ?
