qt5-assistant and qttools5-dev-tools depend on libqt5webkit5. QtWebKit is obsolete or a long time 
and has acquired several security issues. I try to get it out of Debian trixie as there are only a 
few reverse dependencies left.

For qttools5-dev-tools, it is obvious that qwebview can be excluded as it is already the case on 
some architectures. For qt5-assistant, the browser component will be QTextBrowser.
