You appear to be using Akonadi/KDEPIM from testing/unstable. In
experimental there is already 24.08. Once it enters testing/unstable,
would you please test whether that issue still exists with that newer
version?

As a work-around you can disable IPv6 in the Linux kernel temporarily.

This is clearly an upstream issue. You can help by reporting it with the
upstream bug tracker¹, if not already done and if it does still happen
with 24.08. Then either tell our Debian bug tracker you did so² or just
answer with the URL and let someone else set the forwarded information.
