Yes. 

But keep in mind that 23.08.5-2 is uninstallable because kirigami-addons is in 
NEW, and we don't know if it will be accepted or it needs reworking.

But either way, there shouldn't be a need to one more upload to neochat 
(unless this takes so long that it gets autoremoved, of course).
