Please backport the fix for bug 446874 to Bookworm stable
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446874 is getting many duplicates
on Debian recently due to a bug existing in KF5.103. A fix is available
for bug 446874 and it's simple and safe because kwin has included the
flag long time ago.
