The version of kio shipped with Debian 11 is affected by:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=441446
This issue can be triggered e.g. copying from a FAT32 FS to an FS supporting SELinux attributes, or from an NFS share not supporting ACLs to an external USB drive.
