Package: konsole
Version: 4:23.08.1-1
Severity: normal
After last upgrade (yesterday), konsole has no more menu bar, I configured tabs to be at bottom, they are at top.
No menu bar means it is very complicated tyo get to configuration.
Luckily profiles definition was not lost.

This sounds a lot like https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?
bug=1052542, so I'll just copy the reply from there:
* The changes you experience were made by the upstream developers, not
by Debian.
* The menu bar can be enabled/disabled by pressing Ctrl+Shift+M.
* In the Settings under Tab Bar / Splitters > Appearance, there is an
option for the position of the tabs.
