Bug#1000955: I have the same problem

Hi,

I have the same issue for maybe two months now.

The problem occurs in two cases:
1) If I use the computer again after suspend.
2) If I just disable the screen by the power button without suspending
the computer. Of course, I have configured my power saving settings
accordingly.

I use additional to Debian (stable version) openSUSE Tumbleweed with
the most recent packages, so with the latest state of development. I
don't have the issue with it, although I use the same user data.
I'm able to solve the problem by running "systemctl --user restart
plasma-kglobalaccel.service", which works until the next time I bring
the computer back from suspend mode or until the next time I press the
power off button to turn off the screen.
