Bug#987253: kolourpaint: Missing most of the icons in left panel

Dear Maintainer,

Another data point on this bug:

Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
Xfce4 4.18
GTK Version 3.24.37
kolourpaint 22.12.3

Not only icons in the left panel are missing, also the arrows in the 
Configure Toolbars dialog and the icons in the Save Image As dialog.

See attached screenshots.

After installing breeze-icon-theme as suggested, those icons were shown. 
I guess less experienced users would never know how to fix this, so I'm 
suggesting making breeze-icon-theme a dependency (or a more 
sophisticated selection process based on what is already installed maybe).
