Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Install kleopatra, while using Gnome desktop (task-gnome-desktop
installed)

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Start the application.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The application toolbar is missing most icons. Only "Lookup on
server..." has an icon.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

The toolbar to have icons, as shown on the screenshot in gnome-software.

Installing breeze-icon-theme solves he issue. Perhaps kleopatra should
recommands breeze-icon-theme, as quassel and pcmanfm do.
