Package deleted from repository?

Dear maintainers,

I've a question regarding libqtcore4 package: I need this for one installed program which won't change.

Problem is that lots of other software depends on libqt5core5a 5.15.2+dfsg-9 and this breaks libqtcore4 < 4:4.8.7+dfsg-20~

I have libqtcore4 4:4.8.7+dfsg-18+deb10u1 which is nearly the required version. But nowhere in debian repositories 4:4.8.7+dfsg-20 version is seen. Is it deleted? Has it ever been present?


So either the dependency is wrong or some package is missing or I didn't get some relevant point.
